Gary - I've not actually used PC SKIP in a long time, but "clear access" sounds like it is attempting to connect to "myscreen" in the clear (ie not encrypted). The SunScreen will by default only accept administrative traffic that is encrypted using SKIP. Check your remote administration rule on the screen to see what MKIDs, crypto and hash algorithms it is expecting, and reset the ACL on your PC admin station (assuming that you still have the PCs local cert that was used when you set up remote administration to the screen). if you've accidentally deleted the cert you used before, just redo the steps from the admin guide that describe setting up remote admin from a PC. hope that helps Valerie -- Now appearing as "Gertie" in Sunnyvale Community Player's Oklahoma!
