Raptor can disconnect sessions that "appear to be regular users using a telnet client" per rule, though "using this feature is discouraged unless absolutely necessary."

I checked with tech support (because this is relevant to work I'm doing here, also) but they didn't have a decent answer. I can say that the option does not work reliably; when enabling the feature and telnet'ing multiple times from three different locations, not a single telnet session was blocked.
