Subject: Open Citrix and MS-SQL Ports

I need your assitance in helping me to setup an IP forwarding rule to
open up an internal port in the Nokia box. I am unable to get it opened
after we moved all of our internet traffice through the Nokia. Please
help as our sales reps. are not able to get connected to our Citrix
server (MetaFrame 1.8 running on Win2K Advanced SP2)

What I've tried:
1. Create a workstation object for one of our files server with its
internal ip address. Object name: GW07, ip=172.16.4.8 NATed with an
external IP address of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx that's not in used..

2. Using Policy Editor, I created a rule (Rule #2 in the list) with the
following settings:
a. Source: Any
b. Destination: GW07
c. Service: winframe, ICA-UDP
d. Action: Accept
e. Track: Log
f. Installed On: Policy Targets
g. Time: Any
h. Installed the policy. All was successful.

>From the laptop, I can connect to the AT&T ISP, then launch Citrix
Client v6.20.985 with its IP pointing to the NATed public ip
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxp that I specified in the workstation object. NAT mode
is set to STATIC...but it wouldn't connect. The error message from the
Citrix client is "cannot connect to the Citrix server: there is no
citrix server configured on the specified address".

I've also tried Service=Any and that didn't help either. I also tried
to open ports TCP/UPD 1433,1434 for MS SQL as well, but that didn't work
either.

Please help!

Thank you.
Hieu
