The 525 is:

1RU higher
Draws about three times as much power (5-2.5A instead of 1.5-0.75A,
depending on voltage)
21 pounds heavier (Twenty one pounds! That's _three_times_ as heavy!)
Luckily it has better operational temperatures and heat dissipation.

In short, the 525 is a much better choice for either operating on top of
a 9343ft peak at 77 degrees F, or use as a blunt weapon, but the 515
would be better as a makeshift waffle warmer for the computer room
because of the lower heat dissipation. In addition, the smaller form
factor of the 515 means that you could get about twenty plates of
waffles into a standard rack, have them stay warmer and still save power
compared to a rack of 525s.
