I don't want it to go through.
I have my email filter (Praetor) return ALL mail with certain attachment types. Why would you want to allow exes and bats to get into your network?? If someone is sending a valid file of any type I have listed, they get a message to either let the admin know, or zip it.

There are some "virus scanners" out there that are so stupid (or is that paranoid...) to assume that any executable file contains a virus. This may be a user setting so blaming the software directly may be a bit too harsh. Probably if you renamed the attachment to computer.txt or something it would go through.
