Agreed in part, some of the securityfocus hosted lists are over<ly|tly>
moderated.

Though, spam is less of an issue then *clueless* use of vacation messages,
broked anti-viri/bad-word filters, and requests to unsubscribe, even when
footers and mail headers give a clue.

procmail has been a friend to weedout cluelessness here...
