Bug description:
Hello.
I was running some early 14.04 Certrification tests on a Dell
PowerEdge M620 with a recent (if not the latest) BIOS on it.
Fwts logged one HIGH failure complaining about the Srat Entry being
unsupported. The error looks pretty minor but I wanted to run it by
you guys just in case:

Your BIOS is broken and requested that x2apic be disabled.
ADVICE: The DMAR DMAR_X2APIC_OPT_OUT bit was set so the firmware requested
that
the x2apic should be disabled leading to decreased system performance. The
firmware opt out can be overridden using the intremap=no_x2apic_optout kernel
parameter.
