Dear colleagues, I added the program <http://www.leydesdorff.net/software/acc2isi/acc2isi.exe> Acc2ISI.exe to the collection at http://www.leydesdorff.net/indicators . This program allows the user (in combination with <http://www.leydesdorff.net/software/isi/index.htm> ISI.exe) to go back and forth between the data manipulation in MS Access (or another database program) and the so-called "tagged" format that is output of the Science Citation Index at the ISI Web-of-Knowledge.
