The builtin "commandline" does not take the '-r' or '--replace'
options as the documentation says it does.  I can't immediately find
the problem in the source code.

fish> commandline -r hello
commandline: invalid option -- r

   Synopsis
       commandline [OPTIONS] [CMD]
...
       The following switches change the way commandline updates the
       commandline
...
        -r or --replace remove the current commandline and replace it with
         the specified string (default)
...
