Hi,

I'm using fish-1.21.1 on NetBSD 3.0.

Fish exits when it receives SIGWINCH if it was built with -O2.
If built with -O1, the problem does not occur.

I think it's not fish's problem, but it would be nice if
Makefile uses -O1 instead of -O2.
