I've released fish 1.21.3. It contains a few OS X fixes from Nick Pilon, telnet tab-completions from Sean Higgins, the buildsystem changes discussed here on the list, support for the -n switch (which causes fish to never execute any commands), as well as a few bugfixes, including the wildcard bug reported by Philip.
