here's a bug with the case-insensitive completion.

| [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~> cd uni/Hauptstudium/

,----[ That's wrong ]
| [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~> cd uni/h<TAB>
| [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~> cd Hauptstudium/
`----
As you can see, fish forgets the path before the case-insensitive
completed directory.
