Hi! when fish is the default login shell (on the remote computer), scp refuses to work since ubuntu intrepid. It asks for passwd and afterwards it abords. When running scp with the -v these are the last lines: debug1: Authentication succeeded (password). debug1: channel 0: new [client-session] debug1: Requesting [EMAIL PROTECTED] debug1: Entering interactive session. debug1: Sending environment. debug1: Sending env LC_ALL = de_DE.UTF-8 debug1: Sending env LANG = de_DE.UTF-8 debug1: Sending command: scp -v -t /tmp
