Sorry for the lack of context in my previous email.
If I comment out everything in .config/fish/completions, or move it to
/opt/local/share/fish/completions/foo.fish, then everything works
fine. The error message appears twice for every complete declaration
in .config/fish/completions.
A sample completion:
complete -c joe -a "gemspec package release"
I'm using 1.23.0 on Mac OS 10.5.
