For recorded bugs, I keep stumbling over the list on launchpad:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fish
I guess the google-bot likes them. I don't think they're too
ubuntu-specific, if that matters.
Towards setting up a bug tracker, I don't think gitorious has any built in
bug trackers (yet), like github/bitbucket.
But, there are always the (mostly unused) trackers on the same fish
sourceforge account that runs this mailing list:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=138874
Should be able to link the http://gitorious.org/fish-shell repo to that sf
tracker, in the same way it has a link to this list.
