If no obvious horrors jump out, I'll probably merge this, and the
"function-copy" branch into my 'main' branch.
Then, if all is still well, I'll push up to a branch on the real gitorious
repo (unless anyone is against it).
Apart from a bit more testing, still need to update help text, etc. But
otherwise, it seems to be working.
