Hi Nikos,

fish doesn't do anything unless run, so you might consider just leaving it 
there.

If you're really offended by having it on your system, you can delete the 
following:

   /usr/local/share/fish/
   /usr/local/ect/fish/
   /usr/local/bin/fish*
   ~/.config/fish

The next release of fish will package it as an .app so you can run it without 
installing it, if you prefer.
