I can't find any documentation that describes the rules for contributing to
this project other than the extremely short "Development" section at the
bottom of http://fishehll.com. If it exists can someone give me a pointer
to it? The reason I ask is I have two straightforward pull requests that
are starting to get moldy. There are other open pull requests more than a
year old.
