Hi fish-users, I am somewhat new to shell scripting, however am taking my time.
I am a frequent user of the command-line programs freesurfer and MRtrix (neuroimaging programs). When using either the bash or tcsh shell, both of these programs are able to initialize: i.e. they use a config file for each shell to both add and source their /bin/ folders to the path. I've found fish scripts that source another program called FSL for the fish shell (i.e.: https://gist.github.com/lthibault/0d82c7599397183b4dd3). I was curious if someone might know where I can find similar fish scripts for both freesurfer and MRtrix, or how I might go about building my own? Thanks so much! -Adam
