I solved that problem by opening bash terminals all the time. And what
is in the .bashrc file?

All the stuff I want to execute when opening a terminal window. In my
case, .bashrc ends with:

# to lighten up the day... fortune -a | cowsay -W 70; # to start the
proper console :o) fish

If there is .fishrc somewhere, you could put the things there.

 From this I concluded that fish_greeting might be a nice place to put
things that I want to be executed when I open a new terminal window.
