for some unknown reason
there exists on this planet
a race of not-so giants
as an efficient machine
the earth has spit out life
to help tend it's gardens and
protect it's precious assets
with her outstretched arms,
the undying trees,
she provides us an atmosphere
and the air contained within
sustains all her creatures
no matter how useless they seem
these creatures are her guardians
we will protect her from the asteroids
with long range nuclear missles
and we will wipe her clean
of all we think of as evil in her name
destroy the ferocious grizzly bear!
destroy the fearsome sperm whales!
annihilate the scum passenger pigeon!
there are more termites, cockroaches,
and ants on this planet than people...
lets destroy them now so we can sleep
a little more comfortably knowing
we are the dominant parasites
