Carefully, carefully, eat cheese before bed,
and if you can find some, chocolate or tiramisu.
Use all of your blankets; wrap them around you 
like it was them you had waited for all your life.

do whatever else you find permissible. I have heard
from old herbalists that mullein tea will help.

to get to where you are, where you have just planned to go.
