The penguin committee has reached it's final verdict: negotiations with our neighbouring nation, whose armaments and charities haunt our borders, (vaguely, like almost-kisses you couldn't quite call almost-kisses) have failed.
Therefore, the penguin committee has declared that the final solution will be poetry. The poetry will go on until the continents shift.
