Tag 393 as the Name indicates stands for the Total Number of Securities (may be 
matching the Request). 

Assuming the request is for a List of Securities, there are two ways you can 
reply to a Security Definition Request
- Send 1 response containing all the Securities - In this case, the value of 
this Tag can identify how many securities (repeating groups) are there in the 
response.
- Send 1 message for each Security - To identify to the receiving party how 
many messages you may be sending for the response (with the same 
SecurityResponseID, 322)

In case the request matches only 1 repsonse, then the value for this tag shoudl 
1; Same case for no Matches. (Value = 0)
