Sample code is buggy, which becomes especially obvious if you compile and run 
it it on Windows platform. Leave enough time if you need it in order to pass 
certification (2-4 weeks).
Make sure you got the latest templates.xml from CME web site , they have 
updated it and put into production on Sep 28,2008.
NOTE:
In my case I had to remove all the comments from the xml file since they caused 
exceptions thrown by Xerces parser.
