Leave enough time if you need it in order to pass certification (2-4 weeks). Make sure you got the latest templates.xml from CME web site , they have updated it and put into production on Sep 28,2008. NOTE: In my case I had to remove all the comments from the xml file since they caused exceptions thrown by Xerces parser.
