Mahesh,

Find a venue that will let you have a sufficient space for free and allow 
guests to bring a sack lunch.  A local college or university is a good bet.  
Find a professor of finance or engineering who would be willing to sponsor, if 
necessary.  Start the program at 11:30 am and end it no later than 3:30 pm.  
Ask a local venture firm to treat for coffee/tea/water/soft drinks and cookies, 
in exchange for an opportunity to participate and make a pitch for business 
plans/investment opportunities.
