It is built in C++. The free downloading package is at http://www.eptop.com/FIX/FixExpress.htm. Sample programs are included. To use it, your application will only deal with two message queues. You receive message by reading the incoming messages, and send message to outgoing message queue. FixExpress deliver FIX messages at a real time.
