I have following decimal in a template:
(decimal name="MDEntryPx" id="270" presence="optional")
(exponent)
(/exponent)
(mantissa)
(delta /)
(/mantissa)
(/decimal)
if MDEntryPx= 35 which of following encode is correct?
1) exponent = 0 mantissa = 35
2) exponent = 1 mantissa = 35 (because MDEntryPx optional)
