You have not mentioned what version of FIX you shall be using. For FIX versions 4.3 onwards, you can use ^35=n^ (XML_non_FIX) and its body is empty http://fixprotocol.org/FIXimate3.0/en/FIX.4.3/body_5255110.html > I understand that I can use XmlDataLen(212) and XmlData(213) tags in the > standard header to embed the XML message that I want to transmit.
