When you request a Cancel/Replace, T41 is used in exchange to retrieve your 
original order record. The fix message was built properly. So, you will get an 
application level reject, only. When upper level tried to parse the Original ID 
from your message, it got a "null", and send back a reject with the proper 
reason. Without any original order information, T39 can't be set properly. T39 
should be your order's status. Not the current FIX message.
