Hi Azmat,

In every system I've encountered OrderID is always provided in an order reject 
(ExecutionMsg with ordStatus=8 execType=8). It is a required field so the party 
rejecting the order should generate an ID. This is regardless of whether the 
buy-side is interested in this field in this scenario.
