FIX stopped keeping track of exchanges after having to revise such a list in FIX 4.2 only to have it be outdated shortly thereafter. We switched to using the ISO standard as of FIX 4.3 - if you look at the definition for a field with "Exchange" data type it will say: "String field (see definition of "String" above) representing a market or exchange using ISO 10383 Market Identifier Code (MIC)." These are 4 digit codes that you can find here: http://www.iso15022.org/MIC/homepageMIC.htm Hope this helps.
