Correction of my previous post. Instrument itself does have a parties block but 
not the SecurityStatus message. The instrument specific parties could probably 
be used to capture its market maker(s) when sending it either as part of a 
status message or also as part of a definition message. Happy to discuss this 
in the Global Exchanges and Markets Committee.
