Yeah, I think you have to pay for it.  The other thing about it, is that it is 
not open source.  It is pretty much a version of the RapidAddition engine with 
a QuickFIX API around it.

I guess I brought it up because it is a native .NET codebase and would 
integrate more seamlessly into your systems if you are embedding the FIX engine 
into your apps.
