I, personally, looked at that site when it was mentioned a while back, as well 
as again this week.  I think most would agree that it's a creative and likely 
effective.  Though, I'm not clear as to 'how' you are suggesting the FIX site 
should be 'using the www.stackoverflow.com software'.  Can you elaborate?
