The previous reply has apparently been withdrawn as TransactTime does exist in MDIncGrp. It has been added for FIX 5.0 SP1 to convey extended trade details including the time of execution. MDEntryDate/Time relate to the distribution of this information not to the underlying event (an execution). The requirement at the time was to distribute trades with the incremental message. There is no reason not to add it to the snapshot message as well if there is a requirement.
