When we receive a phone order we only send an Execution report filled message
to our customer when the item has traded. Our customer would like to receive
the time the order was entered into our system from the phone call. I can't
seem to find an appropriate field to place this information. The closest seems
to be TransBkdTime(483), but that seems specific to CIV orders, where as these
trades will be fixed income orders.

Any suggestions on what field to use?

thanks, Jesse
