Cameron Edge Pty Ltd announces the availability of software for reporting short
positions to ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission).

Starting 1 April 2010 all sellers must report short position information daily
to ASIC. These new reporting requirements were originally outlined in the
announcement by the Minister for Financial Services, Superannuation and
Corporate Law, Chris Bowen MP, on 2 October 2009 and subsequently passed into
law on 25 November 2009. See the ASIC website
(http://www.asic.gov.au/asic/asic.nsf/byheadline/Reporting-short-position) for
more details.

Cameron Edge provides an ASIC reporting tool for satisfying these new reporting
obligations.

The software can run on any hardware or operating system and does not require
any additional software or infrastructure, other than a network connection to
ASIC. It reads short position information from a simple text file and then
sends that information to ASIC according to ASIC’s reporting standards. The
file containing the position information can be typed in manually, or it could
be created automatically by the seller’s own internal systems.

A free evaluation copy is available now from Cameron Edge. It is a fully
functional version of the software, including complete documentation and
working examples. Please contact Cameron Edge
(http://cameronedge.com/contact.html) to request an evaluation.
