I took a look at the CME documentation for FIX/FAST 2.0 and I agree with Jim's assessment that a compliant FAST 1.1 decoder should work without any modifications to decode the body of the message. For QuickFAST I had to make some minor changes in the multicast receiver in order to handle the preamble. At this point these comments are based solely on the documentation.
