Hi, There is a very large market of commercial FIX products. You can find the list by category at http://fixprotocol.org/products/ As you see most are commercial products. If your thesis requires a survey of commercial FIX products, you could contact the vendors listed above and get the product price information, list of features, first product launch date, changes in price over time etc. The desire for spead, automation and innovation would keep the demand for new FIX products alive.
