Greetings.
I am writing a program that interacts with several vendors to send
IOIs to traders. If for example I say 215=1 216=1
217=INeverHeardOfThisUser, some vendors give me feedback using a
reject (3) message, others using a business reject (j) message.
I hate to code for both. I may need to. But the question I'm asking
is: Is there a preponderant industry practice?
