as with all protocols the use of the protocoll elements has to be agreed with 
the partner application.

ExecutionReport (New) is the "defact standard response" after receipt of an 
NewOrderSingle (e.g. used by Swiss Exchange)


The support of orderStatusRequest cannot be guaranteed
