And it depends a little what you mean by "examples of FIX/FAST protocol to 
cummunicate with CME".

CME FAST multicast market data feed uses what the CME call "CME FAST 2.0". And 
do you just want the decoded messages, or a fully managed order book image with 
snap shots, refreshes, updates, security definitions and recovery channel.

For CME Globex iLink FIX order routing then it's just a FIX variant, but you'll 
need a calibrated FIX dialect.

And ideally both market data and order routing should be CME AutoCert+ 
certified.
