When I try to click the link http://www.fixprotocol.org/FIXatdl-1-1/Regions 
from the 1.1 spec for I get a "Not Found - The requested URL was not found on 
this server" error.  I'd like to find out more about the country codes that 
make up the regions and the logic behind the conventions.  Thanks.
