Always a great show, even in the new location. Camp Marshall is a
beautiful place with just about everything the horse lover could ask
for. Only possible downer I saw was the way it is all spread out,
instead of clumped together the way it was at GMHA. Even so, not too
far to walk to everything; just that each area is out of sight from the
others. (can't see the show rings from the barn, can't see the barns
from the camping area etc. Actually, that may have made the overall
aura even more pleasing - less confusion.
We also have a few items left over to sell. Our calendars are not
as big and glossy as Carol's (Carol's ARE a work of art), being 8.5x11
and not glossy, but the entire profit from the sale of these goes to
the NFHA to hopefully help out with next year's show. Our photos are
from the Virginia Fjord Foal Festival and are really 'cute'. They are
$12 plus $3 s&h.
You can take a look at other items for sale at our webpage
(including embroidered Fjord t-s, sweats, caps and many other items.).
Some items are in very limited supply. Do your Christmas shopping early?
Each year, when I go to the Fingerlakes and the NFHA shows, I think
- I should take Kilar to that!! He can do these things too. At least
we would give the other entries an opportunity to ribbon one place up
from usual. :-)
