"Again the FHI nor one person did not change anything. One person proposed
a change in our scoring system to the Evaluation Committee. The Evaluation
committee originally did not agree with the change & voted to leave it
alone. The proposal was again submitted with a very well written
explanation of why it should be changed. The committee decided to propose
the change to the the system to the BOD due to the reasoning in the
document."
The above statements tell us that the FHI had nothing to do with it yet the
BOD minutes clearly state differently. SO what is it?? IF what's meant is not
what you print than how are we as members to interpet it??
First of all we are humans just like the rest of you. As far as I know
none of us is perfect. Mistakes happen & they do get missed. I guess the
FHI recommended part came from it being their way of doing the scoring in
the FHI book. There was no direct communication from FHI telling us to
change or recommending us to change anything. If you take their whole book
as a recommendation then I guess they did. Each country has their own
system of doing Evaluations & scoring them. FHI is trying to get them
closer together so that scores from different countries can be
compared. As you might guess it isn't an easy thing to do.
This is the last I am going to post on this. I have to get the forms etc
ready for the La Crosse, WI Evaluation or they won't get there on time.
