Just an update that Nik is home in Iowa. Mike and Linda Nepereny came this week to pick him up. Nik of course loaded and traveled the 10 hrs like a dream. Mike said he was calm and wonderful when they unloaded. Really strange not having him around, but really glad Mike has him and will be using him as their stallion. He has very good lines and should be used to continue to throw those wonderful Fjords that everyone wants. While here with me, we did bred 6 mares, 4 are confirmed in foal, two will be checked in the couple of weeks. Congrats to those SMART owners that took advantage of Nik standing at stud before he left. He really is a nice boy. Mike did bring two mares for Ole, which of course he is very happy too!!!
