I do not have any experience with the evaluation of horses, but having been
involved in dog shows and showing dogs for many, many years, I have wondered
about the process in evaluating a horse, as judges in dog shows have their own
interpretations of what they "like and don't like".
One dog may go Best of Breed one day by one judge, only to be eliminated the
next day by another judge who didn't like that dog's "type".
Reading Ruthie's comments above, it seems to me that much of the same is true
in an Evaluation of horses. True??

No, Not True at all.

In an evaluation all of the horses are judged against the standard. In a Horse (or dog) show they are judged against each other & the best one to show up is placed the highest. In an evaluation they could all get the same exact scores (doubt that will ever happen but it is possible).
