I think you are talking about two separate issues here:
1)a genetic predisposition to a maloccluded mouth due to poor breeding
practices, and
2)regular equine dentistry performing regular "maintenance" on a horses
mouth.
I cannot see a correlation between the two - did I miss something, or??
