 Not really. If the Feds find it nesting on your property, the bird's rights 
supercede your's, and they will bar you from using that area, for fear of 
bothering this turkey. It has happened many times before in this country of 
Government gone wild with power. People buying land to retire and build on, 
only to be told they cannot and will not be reimbursed by the Government, 
because an eagle or hawk decided to nest there. It's when you find out how 
truly little the Government REALLY cares about the citizens. Some jerky 
little bureaucrat has an office of watching out for eagles, and he is going 
to defend his job no matter who gets hurt. Merek
